Farm to School Manitoba attended a Chronic Disease Workshop for Community Health Representatives in February. In attendance were individuals from the 63 First Nation Communities and Tribal Councils of Manitoba.
At the workshop, Farm to School had a display booth, provided program flyers and auctioned a door prize that included a large vegetable bundle, diabetes recipe books, measuring spoons and kitchen utensils on both days of the workshop.
